While we worship elephant faced….

While on one side we worship the elephant faced….

On the other side do we torture or promote torture or exploit

elephants?

An elephant killed for its tusk and trunk

This elephant was tragically killed by speeding train within a forest reserve in the North East

Elephant electrocuted to death inside the Nagarahole Tiger reserve

Tourist watch an elephant calf while being tortured for training

This goad used is used on elephants’ sensitive parts to train, tame and control

Many a times elephants run amok because they are oppressed and abused

Several time elephants have killed their mahouts in retaliation

Smile and allow them smile!
