each activity influence and drive planned execution. Continual feedback sustains the cycle.

Key points:

• The BT strategist (or a similar role) owns strategy-to-execution end-to-end process and

ensures that the process is both efficient and effective.

• Appropriate stakeholders participate in each activity. Activity outputs are tuned to the

needs of the next activity.

• The end-to-end process is continuous. Individual activities have individual and possibly

variable cadence, aligned with internal and external events and commitments.

• The process itself is measured and continuously improved.
