--Our knowledge and skill can be controlled by either a negative or a positive motivation depending on our world view and the set of values we live by.

--For example, photography (a skill) can be used to either raise global awareness of an injustice in society, or to simply make money. It can be used to help build justice, or it can be used to exploit and humiliate other people.

Ideology and Vision:--surround and generate every action we take.

--They create our motivation which in turn guides the way we use our knowledge and skills.

--Our ideology is our most sincere belief about what problems exist around us, the root causes of those problems and the process we need to go through to transform those problems in positive ways. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

--Our vision is our detailed concept of the way a more just and sustainable society could look.
