• NWQL prices expected to be reduced by an average of 6%

• Contract analyses with Test America increase 3% (Aug 1, 2011), but some declined in FY11

• RadChem contract prices change (up and down) with each contract option

Cooler with samples randomly placed/tossed. Login personnel must group each sample set. Increases the chance for error.

Some bottles are actually ice containers but were labeled similar to a regular sample

Fed Ex has a new airbill, the blocks for Priority and First Overnight have changed. Do not use First Overnight or Standard Overnight. Use Priority Overnight (w/ Sat Delivery)
