Fluctuating Spring Temps... We

are always pleased to provide a quick response to your

calls for HVAC issues such as a cold or warm office, etc.

Classic Heating & Cooling does their best to respond

quickly to all calls, and is both willing and able to solve

any HVAC needs you may have within your suite. We do, however, ask

that prior to calling our office for service, you first check the thermostats

in your space to see at what temperature they are set.

Finding a comfortable temperature in your suite is, more often than not, as

simple as setting all the thermostats to a range between

68 and 72 degrees. This will allow an equal share of

the cool air to be distributed to all employees. As

each individual has their own preference as to what

temperature they are comfortable at, it is sometimes

very hard to find the perfect setting to please every-

one. After setting all your thermostats between 68 and

72 degrees, wait thirty minutes or so for the adjust-

ment to be complete. If at that time your staff is still

experiencing temperature discomfort, please call our Property Manage-

ment staff for assistance.

We will certainly be happy to place your suite onto our schedule to re-

ceive a visit from Classic Heating & Cooling. Thank you for your pa-

tience, and as always, we are here to serve you!

Southcreek Management is happy to announce that you can now sign up

for this and future newsletters on our website:

www.southcreekofficepark.com

And we haven’t stopped there:

Now you can also sign up to receive the Southcreek Community

Bulletin Board as well! What a great way to keep track of

what’s going on in Southcreek as well as our surrounding com-

munities! Don’t forget to give us feedback on these new ventures!
