1. What do you want to Achieve ROD ALBORES 2. The Journey from the Heart to the Mind is the most difficult journey, but it should be taken because it is the most important. 3. The Heart Feeds Your Thoughts. Gives your purpose 4. Write down what you don't want in your life. List every major problem and source of discomfort you have. All your worries. All the negative things you can think of, even if they haven't come into reality yet. Even if they are just things you don't want to happen in the future. Take your time and be thorough ACTIVITY 5. And you know the difference between the two because one makes you feel good, and the other makes you feel bad. Its depression, its the anger, its the resentment, its the guilt.
