practical aspects of entrepreneurship.• We not only train but also incubate your ideas and plans

to their logical conclusion.• We bring Entrepreneurs who share their �irst hand

experiences with you. • We place you with industry / entrepreneur mentors.• We enable you to pitch your B-Plans to investors who

might invest in your ideas. • We create a life-time network for you.• We operate on a much lower fee structure as compared

to most similar institutions.

OUR ASSOCIATIONS TEZ has strong associations and tie-ups with industry, entrepreneurs and investors. We work closely with people in the Pharma, Biotech, Agro, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, IT, Simulation, Gaming, Education, Hospitality and Financial services, to name a few. Besides we are also associated with foreign companies and can provide internships abroad at the interest and expense of the candidate.

WHO SHOULD ASSOCIATE • Any person who wishes to start a business.• Final Year Graduates who want two years of MBA

encapsulated in 6 months• Spouses & children of family run businesses who wish to

train themselves to join their business.• Individuals who want to be Executive Assistants to

Entrepreneurs• Employed professionals who want a 360° view of

business and who aspire for a larger role in their organizations.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE The 6-month modular program can be undertaken in the following formats:1. Training cum Incubation2. Incubation3. Fund Facilitation

TrainingThis includes part time coursework and curriculum is designed to handle the main issues in entrepreneurship. There are 6 modules with 2 subjects per module. (see program module chart overleaf)

FUND FACILITATION Those startups which are prototype ready, having done beta testing can apply under this category for seeking funding. The program will mainly facilitate Angel and VC funding and bank loans. (For eligibility criteria see website under ‘Fund Facilitation’).

CERTIFICATIONAlthough entrepreneurs need no certi�ication because what they create says it all, yet TEZ gives its certi�ication in association with the Technology Business Incubator, University of Hyderabad. This certi�ication is called Training Program in Entrepreneurship Development.

HOW TO GET IN Eligibility: Any graduate with an entrepreneurial bent of mind (non graduates may also be considered as an exception, depending upon their business proposal but will only get a participation certi�icate. This is because we don’t want to miss out on genius school dropouts).Process: The application on the website www.tez.co.in should be �illed and submitted online along with the application fee. Once shortlisted you will be asked to present a basic Business Plan (see website for B-Plan template). The business plan presentation will be followed by a personal interview. Our selection team will gauge your entrepreneurial appetite and make the �inal selections.

FEES All program’s fee is for a period of 6-months.1. Training cum incubation: Rs.80,000 (in max of 2

installments)2. Only Incubation*: Fee Rs.40,000 + extra charges for

special services required on a case to case basis3. Fund Facilitation*: Registration Fee Rs.10,000 (This is

valid for 4 rounds of B-plan pitching for seed funding + A consultancy fee will be charged as per consultancy agreement signed pre funding).

YOUR STAY IN THE BOOT CAMP Once you get in, this is an intensive 6-months boot camp (with no breaks whatsoever) where you need to optimally utilize your time to develop and crystallize your dream plan for which you need to work closely with entrepreneurs/industry. Though the of�icial work hours are 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, our workday is 24x7x365. The only time you will be playing may be to give company to your industry mentor in a game of golf. Rest of it is sheer hard work, sleepless nights, restless days and a �ire in the belly. For whatever is left of the day we can help in getting accommodation at extra charges.

THE ENTREPRENEUR ZONE

The Entrepreneur Zone is an Entrepreneurship development and Incubation Centre which aims at providing a complete eco-system for creating entrepreneurs. At TEZ we encourage you to bring your innovative ideas so that we can together nurture them to become a reality. You may want to start a business or contribute to an existing one, an idea is always required to make a change. The idea, however, may ignite but never takeoff due to the various stumbling blocks. TEZ aims to provide you that smooth launching pad that can put you into orbit and �ly you to your destination, changing not only yours but many more lives.

INCUBATIONIncubation is simultaneous with coursework under training. This includes:• Hands on experiential learning by linking to Industry /

entrepreneur mentors.• Creating area speci�ic industry internships.• Linking up with industries for creation of prototypes /

commercializing a product or idea (only at the industry’s interest).

• Assisting in Business Plan formulation and pitching.• Linking up with VCs & Angel Investors and Bankers

for likely funding.• Mediating post funding tranches.• Facilitating consultancy with �inancial / regulatory
