Employee compensation is based on a Pay-For-Performance system. Generally it

is the policy of the Company that an employees salary is based on his/her ability,

experience, education, training, attitude and performance in accordance with

current pay scales for the community.

*Vacation

Vacation time will be accumulated by full time employees based upon length of

employment.

A.) One week paid vacation after one full year of service.

B.) Two weeks paid vacation after two full years of service.
