01 HOBART, DERWENT VALLEY AND MONA. Your arrival is timed perfectly for the Salamanca
Market, but save room for a paddock to plate lunch in the Derwent Valley at the historic Agrarian Kitchen Eatery. On to MONA, the Museum of Old and New Art and the on-site Moorilla winery before a cruise back to Hobart.
02 HUON VALLEY AND TAHUNE AIRWALK Roam the verdant Huon Valley today, home to
gourmet farmers, artisan vineyards and the Apple Isle’s best cideries. Afterwards we’ll ascend 50m above the forest floor on the Tahune AirWalk, with views of the World Heritage listed Hartz Mountains.
03 EAST COAST AND MARIA ISLAND We start our journey north, and board the ferry
to the wild and mysterious Maria Island, a unique National Park is a both a haven for wildlife and the most intact example of a convict probation station. Returning to the mainland, we’ll enjoy a dinner of seasonal locally sourced produce.
04 FREYCINET NP - BAY OF FIRES The dusky granite cliffs of the Hazards mountain
range greet you to Freycinet National Park. Hike up to look over world-famous Wineglass Bay or stroll around scenic Cape Tourville. After lunch at a local vineyard we’ll head north to the Bay of Fires Bush Retreat – a gourmet glamping experience.
05 BAY OF FIRES - LAUNCESTON After a hearty camp breakfast explore the Bay of
Fires’ famous lichen covered granite boulders and crystal waters with freshly shucked oysters served right there on the rocks. Onwards however to the cheesemakers of Pyengana Dairy Farm and Launceston, another foodie hub.
06 LAUNCESTON REGION Today taste the best this northern region of
Tasmania has to offer. From the delights of Evandale to the 41° South Tasmania salmon farm and the Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm, Ashgrove Cheeses and the Bell and Gong Winery before Farewell Drinks in Launceston.
07 DEPART LAUNCESTON After a relaxed breakfast, your holiday reaches its
conclusion. A private transfer will take guests to the airport, or if you’ve booked a Launceston Optional Experience, your Travel Director will assist with arrangements.

Shoalwater Islands Marine Park. Cruise up close to dolphins, sea lions, penguins and cheeky sea birds before a stroll along the 1.8km long historic Busselton Jetty. Settled into the five-star ocean-side Pullman Bunker Bay, we enjoy a farm-to-table dinner.
04 MARGARET RIVER Discover the Indigenous history of Cape
Naturaliste, where you’ll taste the native foods, discover bush medicine and observe traditional fire lighting. Next, an exclusive Margaret River food and wine tour including a 7-course degustation at five-star James Halliday rated Red Hill Winery.
05 MARGARET RIVER – ROTTNEST ISLAND We return north and across the open ocean to
Rottnest Island. See the Quokka, the “smiliest” little animal on earth before an evening sleeping (almost) under the stars in your eco-glamping tent.
06 ROTTNEST ISLAND - FREEMANTLE Take a moment before exploring the boardwalks
to Pinky’s Beach Club and taking a guided road tour of Rottnest Island with a ‘Local Specialist’. In the afternoon we cruise back to Fremantle for a Farewell Dinner at local favourite, Bread in Common.
07 FREEMANTLE – FAREWELL Uncover the creative side of Fremantle with a local
resident before stocking up on local delicacies at the bustling Fremantle Markets, a special place to say our goodbye before our onward journeys.

01 MELBOURNE Take some time to yourself on your first day in
Melbourne. This evening, get to know your Travel Director and fellow guests 120m in the air on board the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel before finding your feet in Docklands to dine harbourside at Berth Restaurant.
02 MELBOURNE - DAYLESFORD Be guided through the maze of hidden laneways that
are the pride of the city. In Daylesford, you’ll visit the historic property ‘Lavandula’ before immersing in the rejuvenating mineral baths of the Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa. We’ll stay and dine together at the luxurious Peppers Mineral Springs Hotel.
03 DAYLESFORD - DUNKELD Mid-morning we’ll move east, to Creswick Woollen
Mills, the Gold Rush town of Clunes and the Eureka Centre in Ballarat. Near The Grampians National Park, we’ll stay and dine at The Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld, a foodie find and home of Australia’s largest working kitchen garden.
04 DUNKELD - WARRNAMBOOL Take a tour with the Royal Mail’s resident gardener
before heading into the Grampians National Park, with the largest number of rock art sites in Southern Australia. On the Shipwrecked Coast, we’ll visit Flagstaff Hill for a Regional Dinner and Sound and Light Show.
05 WARRNAMBOOL - LORNE A day on The Great Ocean Road: Loch Ard Gorge,
The Bay of Islands, London Bridge and the Twelve Apostles along with the seaside villages of Port Campbell, Apollo Bay and Lorne, just in time for sunset.
06 LORNE – MORNINGTON PENINSULA After a stop in Torquay we’ll tour family owned
wineries of Bellarine Peninsula with a Be My Guest lunch at Jack Rabbit Winery. We’ll continue to Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula, visiting Green Olive farm our last night and dinner together, at the Jackalope Hotel.
07 MORNINGTON PENINSULA - MELBOURNE Heading head back to Melbourne, we’ll go behind
the scenes of the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground. Our final stop is a farewell lunch to reflect on your favourite moments and raise a glass to the memories and friendships made.
