MS Management will perform as a centralised booking source. All of the services listed above will be handled by MS Management.
As a client, you will only need to communicate with one business to facilitate all of the requirements for your event or sporting function.
The MS Management team has been operating in Cape Town for over a decade. By virtue of this, MS Management has been able to create a list of ‘preferred suppliers’. 3rd
party contractors arrive on the ‘preferred suppliers’ list by two means. Firstly, having dealt with many businesses in the industry, these are businesses that we as professional
events organisers view as reliable, professional and stable suppliers. Secondly, because of our historical working relationships, these 3rd parties offer MS Management
reduced rates for their services.
This means that by allowing MS Management to manage all contractors and suppliers to your event, you can in fact pay less than by contracting the various parties
individually.
Total transparency is the primary MakeSense principle, and therefore we will provide clients with comprehensively detailed cost estimates and full management fee details to
clarify the exact direction of spending. In the end, you as the client will be able to fully understand exactly how your money was spent.
