Time-Proven Process

• A qualified coach will conduct an intake session over the phone (at no cost) to better understand needs and expectations.• Based on the intake consultation, the CCL team will select two to three suitable coaches (based on type of request, level of the coachee, and location) and will recommend a coaching approach.• The coaches short-listed introduce themselves to the coachee for a best-fit conversation (at no cost).• The selected coach performs the coaching engagement as initially agreed.

1. Introduction & Orientation to Coaching Process: The Leader and Coach establish rapport and discuss the layout of the engagement as well as the assessments. They also identify key stakeholders to support the coaching work and limits of confidentiality.2. Leader Assessment: The Leader completes online assessments relevant to the development needs that have been identified during the intake session and the orientation process. Additionally, the Coach might interview a number of key stakeholders.3. Feedback, Goal Setting, and Action Planning: The Leader and Coach review assessment and interview results and identify development goals. They also create a development plan. Coaching Evaluation Assessment has started.4. Manager Alignment: Coach, Leader, and Leader’s Boss have a three-way conversation to ensure alignment on goals of coaching and to encourage Boss support.5. Ongoing Coaching & Midpoint Alignment Meeting with Boss, HRBP.6. Final Manager Alignment & Evaluation: Coach, Leader, and Leader’s Boss review progress and achieve alignment.

• CCL conducts a thorough evaluation and debrief with internal stakeholders.
