Positive Expectations

Do not confuse positive expectations with high standards.

Positive expectations means you believe in your students and that your students can learn.

What you believe is what you get. Believe that your students can and will learn.

Classroom Management

Note that discipline is not one of these principles.

Teachers do not discipline a classroom, they manage it.
