What makes this description a good description?

Hanging in the midnight sky a huge silver moon casts a pale light on a strange watery world. Gently swaying and rustling in the soft breeze ,slender rushes circle the deep water of the pond. As if amazed by what they see the fish stare with open mouths.

Delicate white lily flowers sit on the surface of the pool and raindrops glisten on the deep, green lily pads. Hollowed ancient logs slowly but surely sink beneath the water as they decay.

But these are not the wonders the fish strain to see. There above the log appears the old turtle, swimming through the cool night air, the water left behind. Above all of this is the final piece of magic. Sitting on giant lily leaves are the frogs, huge and still. They fly in procession above the pool with the soft moonlight shimmering on their backs. They seem to smile as they continue their journey. The fish reach out of the water but they must stay trapped in the moonlit pool.

It is night time and the moon is in the sky. The pigeons are all sitting on

the telephone wires. In the sky are hundreds of frogs. The frogs are

sitting on lily leaves and they are flying. The frogs then start to chase

the pigeons. The frogs think it is a game but the pigeons are scared.
