Show the easy ones first that the child is likely to know and the harder ones after. E.g. dolphin, crab, shark, lobster, eel, squid. Show the card and say what animal is it? If the child struggles to remember/read the name ask about the colour, and then help them to say the name. Make sure the child knows the words ‘sea’, ‘see’ and ‘swimming’ (act them out to just in case). After you watch the video get the child to act it out. Go with the first line and he first card ‘Yellow, yellow baby shark, What do you see, what, what?” Then you show the second card and prompt the child to say ‘I see a yellow crab swimming in the sea” Use the lyrics (found under the video) to guide the questions you ask. Before you watch the video show the cards to the child and ask them what animals they know. Show the easy ones first that the child is likely to know and the harder ones after.
