Here there are some advices to contribute for a better world and reduce food wastage and our footprint. 1.First of all, commitment and responsability. 2.Plan weekly menus and purchase only what is on your list. 3.Properly store fruits and vegetables to extend shelf life. 4. Measure portion sizes to avoid cooking too much food. 5. Inquire about ingredients and sell-by dates or best-before dates. 6. Be creative with your leftover food, do not throw it away. 7. FIFO policy in our fridge: First In, First Out. 8. Ask for a Doggy Bag when you eat in restaurants and you cannot finish your food. 9. Recycle in your house to contribute to be a healthier environment. 10. Share this pledge with your friends, your family and your neighbors !
