gave the approval of establishing other courts to the Congress. In 1789, the first Congress used this power to establish the district and appeals courts and they are also called the lower courts.

Our government would be very different without the Judicial branch of government. There are many details to support that the government would not survive without the Judicial branch. Most of our laws would be unconstitutional, and many laws would be broken without the Judicial branch. The laws that Congress makes has to pass the Judicial branch to become a law, but all laws, good and bad ones, could not be passed without the Judicial branch. Also, many of the people's problems and issues could not be solved without judges and the Judicial branch, and suing would not be possible.
