The purpose of our group is to identify major problems facing humanity and

to propose, create, or design solutions to address the problems.

Here is a beginning list of world problems:

1. world hunger and poverty/homelessness

2. illiteracy and lack of education

3. lack of medical care

4. lack of sanitation and clean water

6. lack of security from violence and crime

7. lack of mental health care addressing depression, addiction, psychosis,

sociopathy, PTSD, and other mental conditions and distress

8. lack of community and connection among people

9. destruction of the environment or ecosystem

10. climate change

11. lack of knowledge of God; lack of salvation from sin and eternal hell

12. breakdown in the concept of marriage and family; domestic violence

13. sexual immorality: pornography, prostitution, sex trafficking

14. nuclear war and destruction

15. natural disasters: asteroids, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods

16. terrorism

17. oppression of women

18. child exploitation
