EDCS, SRM and SEDRIS WDs

• EDCS WD5 now released. To be reviewed at #8 Palm Springs

• SRM WD5 generated in between EDCS. Reviewed at Lake Tahoe

• SEDRIS WD4 intended for Palm Springs, but had to be deferred

• Appreciation to the editors for producing WDs under such tight schedules

COMMENT

• Focus of attention has been on EDCS and SRM as;

» Fundamental to the definition of SEDRIS

» Interest extends beyond the modelling and simulation community

• Large number of working drafts reflects the drive to establish clear and unambiguous standards
