decorations

Fill the chest with floral foam blocks, and cover blocks with decorative gift filler.

Trim dowel rods to various lengths.

Tape decorations onto dowel rods—we used popcorn bags, root beer candy, and a movie sign.

Insert dowel rods into foam—we started at the back and filled toward the front.

Fill with remaining items. Tie ribbon onto handle.
