“If y ou a re b ehind on rep ay-ments thi s inf ormation w ill b e more tr ansparent an d thi s c an aff ect y our s tanding w hen y ou apply for credit.”

Penrith Council has given KFC the green light to build a new restaurant in the Penrith region. The new KFC will be built on the corner of Old Bathurst Road and Russell Street in Emu Plains. The s tore w ill b e w orth a bout $750,000.

Tribunal (NCAT) is open to help NSW citizens with a range of legal problems, regardless of where they live.
“NCAT, the state’s new “super tribunal” was officially opened last week. It is designed to give people fast, affordable and easy access to justice all across NSW,” said Mr Ayres.
NCAT will deal with consumer and tenancy disputes, such as a dispute about a mouldy rented flat or other issues related to real estate rentals.
