Concord, nestled in the southern sector of Dallas, TX, was established in 1974 and has a membership exceeding 6,000 members. Rev. Carter has served as Senior Pastor since October 2003. He succeeded the church's founder, the late Dr. E. K. Bailey.

Key Note SpeakersTed DiBiase is a WWE Hall of Fame professional wrestler, best known for his role as the villainous “Million Dollar Man”. He has authored a book “Every Man Has His Price”, Ted is now a full-time evangelist and motivational speaker.
