    Definition of Culture: - Culture(from the Latin culturastemming from colere, meaning "tocultivate") is a term that has different meanings. However, the word "culture" is most commonlyused in three basic senses:

    Excellence of taste in the fine arts and humanities, also known as high culture

    An integrated pattern of human knowledge, belief, and behaviour that depends upon thecapacity for symbolic thought and social learning

    The set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution,

    organization or group

    What is Western Culture :- Western culture refers to the culture that has developed in the Westernworld. It comprises the heritage of norms, values, customs and sometimes artifects that the culturesof the Western world share. A Western culture refers to one of the many cultures in the Westernworld.

    What is Indian Culture:- Indian culture is rich and diverse and as a result unique in its very own

    way. Our manners, way of communicating with one another, etc are one of the importantcomponents of our culture. Even though we have accepted modern means of living, improved ourlifestyle, our values and beliefs still remain unchanged. A person can change his way of clothing,way of eating and living but the rich values in a person always remains unchanged because they aredeeply rooted within our hearts, mind, body and soul which we receive from our culture.

    Indian Culture:- FOOD HABIT

    Over one billion people inhabit India. All of them have diverse food habits, dictated by theavailability of raw materials, cooking traditions, local spices, and also their religious beliefs. Forinstance, Jains do not kill life to feed themselves, and that includes plants growing below theground. Food has always been an integral part of Indian culture.

    RELIGIONIndia is one of the most religiously diverse nations in the world, with one of the most deeplyreligious societies and cultures. Religion plays a central and definitive role in the life of the countryand most of its people. Virtually every major religion has a strong connection with India. There arealso numerous cults in India, each practicing their own ideologies and interpretations of the majorreligions.

    LANGUAGEThere is no such thing as the Indian language. There are over 200 languages in India and almost1600 different dialects. Its a nation, where different parts of the country speak different

    Religion fight:- Since most of them follow one religion, fight for such purpose is avoided.

    Mode of Living- Most of the earning is based on secondary or tertiary sector, hence the production capacity andutilization of time is much better.

    Belief:- Equality for all in society, women rights, respect for all, education for all etc.

    Social Aspect:- Most of them are nuclear family hence children have the independence to be brought in the way

    the parents want, less chances of family pressure and obligations.

    Technological advancement:-Sophisticated technology has made life easier and hence more time for doingvaluable job and contributing to family earning and economy. Most of the countries are rich in armed health hencemore safe in time of wars.

    Much ahead in research and science.

    Social & Economical Structure:- Secular in thoughts and practice, consumer rights are empowered, countrydecision making system and political system much better, independent in economy.

    Openness to learn and change acceptance.

    Clean Environment andpeople care for the country.

    Emergency Preparedness and rescue service by government and other regulatory bodies.

    DisadvantagesDISADVANTAGES Mode of Living- people are highly dependent on machine to earn daily living.

    Belief:- Believing oneself superior can lead to depression and hence lot of people suffer from mental weakness.

    Social Aspect:- Most of them are nuclear family hence children do not have the chance to grow and adjust withothers, and hence the divorce rate is much higher.

    Sophisticated Technological advancement:- Various nuclear weapons, and other advance industries havebyproducts that destroys the nature permanently and leads to global warming, deforestation, radioactive wasteetc.

    People suffering from diseases more of tertiary type and hence cure is very difficult.

    Bad habits like drug, alcohol, tobacco smoking is more prevalent and practiced that leads the younger generationcrippled and dependent on these things.

    No peace, hence people from different part of world comes to eastern side in search of peace.

    Belief and Value system:- Manners like respecting parents, teachers, etc, evolved from Indian culture.

    Ancient cultural heritage:- various sciences like arithmatic, geometry, astrology, astronomy, medicine andeven psychology has been studied by Indian saints.

    Natural Resources:- Practice of earlier method and agriculture promotes natural wealth to the country.

    Family beliefs:- Environment of surviving with others and enjoyment takes first place than self interestand hence life is easier. Even if one member in family is not earning or have some difficulty he or shecan survive easily.

    Social Culture:- Conservative thoughts and belief does not allow children to get addicted or exposed tobad habits at younger age and hence better future overall.

    Dependency on tertiary health treatment is lesser, people still practice homeopathy, ayurvedy, etc. othernatural ways of remedies and hence adverse affects to health is also limited

    Can enjoy all seasons and all weathers within the same country.

    Rich in Ancient heritage and spiritual health that helps to attain mental peace.
