    ''Class C Material'' means and includes lubricatingamid other oils which will flash or emit an inflammablevapour, but at a temperature not below- 350 deg. F.,Abel close test.

    Dangerous Business'' shall mean and include themanufacture of gunpowder, or any detonating or explos-ive powder, or of matches ignitable by friction, or ofany other substances liable to a sudden explosion, iii-Ilammation or ignition, or of turpentine, vitriol, naphtlia,varnish, fireworks or printed covers or oilcloths, or anyother manufactures liable by reason of the nature orquamitit of time materials employed therein to causesudden fire or explosion.

    (1) In tins by-law material shall he deemed tobe stored if it is collected or retained iii any place forlonger than is essential for time purpose of transit.

    (2) This by-law shall not apply to the storing ofClass A Material oi- Class B Material, in so far as suchmaterial is contained in tanks affixed to motor vehicles,if such tanks al-c connected to the engines of suchvehicles and such material is intended only for tIme usein the propimlsiomi of such vehicles.

    Not more than 50 gallons of Class A Materialshall he stored in any building or tank, except underthe following conditions:

    (1) Quantities not exceeding 250 gallons of ClassA Material may be stored in a room properly ventilatedand having walls and floors and ceilings constructedsimilarly to party structures.
