Leaking heating coils can damage valuable cargo. Traditional welding is normally no option. Good and durable alternative repairs, call for products with high temperature resistance.
Cracked leaking exhaust bellows need imme- diately repair, in order to avoid heavy pollu-tion of the engine room. This repair means less cleaning, and no wasted time in waiting for spare parts.
This repair was done by using:• Wencon Hi Temp Coating ( article 1060 or 1050 ) 4 layers• Wencon Reinforcement Tape ( article 1120 ) for additional strength
This repair was done by:• Spot-welding fixing connectors to the dam- aged area.• Apply a thick layer of Wencon Exhaust to seal the crack ( article 1070)
