Our food comes from different parts of plants.
Some vegetables, like carrots, are the roots of a plant. Green vegetables, like lettuce, are leaves. Onions are stems. What do you think? Do we eat flowers? Of course! Cauliflower and broccoli are flowers. We eat seeds too, like sweetcorn.
