About Welkin & Its management

The WELKIN was established in the year 2010, which wasoperating since 2004 under the name of “HSIS” and “SampurnaVanijya Pvt. Ltd.” having its registered offices at 20 B.T Road and1/A, Ballygunge Circular Road, Tivoli Court, 2nd Floor, Kolkata-700019 respectively .

With effect from 12.04.2010 the name has been changed as“Welkin Telecom Infra Pvt. Ltd.” and a fresh certificate ofIncorporation has been issued by the Registrar of Companies, andits registered office shifted to 76/1, Golaghata Road, 2nd Floor,Kolkata- 700048.
