WELFARE SCHEMES FOR THE TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING STAFF
The Y. B. Chavan College of Pharmacy was established under the aegis of Maulana Azad
Educational Trust in 1989. The college is approved by AICTE and PCI New Delhi. The college
provides all the welfare scheme to the staff as per Government of Maharashtra and AICTE. The
following are the welfare schemes available for teaching and non-teaching staff:-
Employee Provident Fund(EPF) Scheme
Gratuity scheme.
Maternity leave
Paternity leave.
Regular Health checkups of teaching and non-teaching staff
General Insurance of non-teaching staff
Fees concessions to wards of employees of Maulana Azad Educational Trust and Society
