3 The 3M Speedglas 9002D Auto-Darkening Welding Filter is the latest addition to the successful 9002 range of welding helmets. With a dual shade filter and two sensitivity levels, the 9002D offers the welder an excellent choice of settings. The Speedglas 9000 helmet features SideWindows and CO 2 reduction vents for improved comfort. Auto-darkening shade selection, shade 9 and 11. Combine with shaded inside protection plates for shades 10,12 and 13. Higher sensitivity level for TIG welding down to 20 Amp. Speedglas welding fi lters also eliminate the neck-strain of ‘helmet fl ipping’ while greatly increasing the accuracy of electrode placement. This, in turn, reduces the need for grinding and rework.
The RangeThe 9002 range offers a choice of three auto-darkening fi lters with variable shades, normal or large viewing areas plus sensitivity and delay adjustments.
