Women’s Book Club > B3 > Thursday, September 8th in the Library. This month’s book is titled, “War Room” by Chris Fabry. For questions, please see our church librarian, Bonnie Tilford.

Women’s Bible Study > B1 > Fall study begins Tuesday, September 6th at 10 AM in the Fellowship Hall. Come join with other women as we learn more about God by studying selected songs from His Songbook – Psalms!! Blessings, growth, and new friendships are promised! Books are $7 and may be picked up in the Church Library. For questions, see Ruth Polgreen.

Happy Hearts > Tuesday, Sept. 13th - 11:45 AM. Come and enjoy fun, food, and fellowship with friends. Gospel Quartet will provide entertainment. To help off-set cost, suggested donation of $3 is appreciated. Check the tear-off in your bulletin to attend. Please RSVP by Sept. 8th.

SEC – Sunday Evening Connection (Outreach) > If you are interested in connecting with others for Christ through our SEC Outreach Ministry please check the box on your bulletin tear-off. We will meet the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month beginning September 18th at 6 PM.

Back to School Bash > Thanks church family for providing supplies for 36 elementary students and close to 20 youth who attended the "Back to School Bash"! We had a large box of supplies that will be donated to our local schools as well! Many were blessed! Thanks for sharing with the kiddos!

Fall Activities > Please prayerfully consider how you can be a part of Children’s activities coming to the Island this Fall. For questions about this ministry, please see JulieAnn Feezor.

GrandKids > B2 > Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM - ages 3 to 5th grade. Join us for an energetic worship, group games, and take-home family resources you’re sure to get wrapped up in!

Mid-Week > B1 > Wednesdays at 6:00 PM. Come and engage in the Word of God and enjoy a great time with friends.

Rock the Universe > Friday, Sept. 9th. Event time 4 PM - 1 AM. Join us for an unforgettable night of faith and fun. Transportation – 2 vans and an additional vehicle. Please bring money for souvenirs and food. Plan on being at the church at 2 PM. We leave GIBC at 2:30 PM and will stop at Chick-fil-A in Orlando. Return time 2 AM.

See You at the Pole > Wednesday, Sept. 28th. Students are encouraged to participate at their school.

Maguire State Mission Offering > Supporting missions in FL through evangelism, church starting, and more. See the insert in your bulletin for more information. This year’s Church Goal: $1,700.00.

WMM Monthly Meeting > Monthly meetings have returned. All ladies are encouraged to attend Wednesday, September 21st at 1:30 PM.

WMM Annual Fall Missions Gathering > Sept. 22nd - 6:30 PM - Bay Street Baptist Church. Keynote speaker: Savanah Parvu. Topic Discussion: Slaves No More. Please see Janice McKinney.

Baby Bottle Boomerang > GIBC was #2 this year raising $2,348.77! Total raised for Life’s Choices of Lake County was $28,335 – more than $7,000 more than last year! PTL!!!

Eustis League Co-Ed Softball > Tuesday nights at Bates Field in Eustis. Full schedule - look for the BLUE sheets in the magazine rack. See Mark Hawkins for more information.

9th Annual Church Golf Scramble > Sept. 17th 9 AM – RedTail, Sorrento. Cost: $42 includes: lunch, range balls (available at 8:30 AM), and prizes. To participate, check your bulletin tear-off. See Mark Hawkins for more details.
