mantown and Charlotte Ave Nashville, and NoMo Charleston.
Within a 3-mile radius of 2020 Progress, there are over 42,000

At the Intersection of Home and Happy Hour
East End Market is located in Raleigh’s East End, which sits be-
tween the two historic neighborhoods of Five Points and Morde-
cai. E Whitaker Mill Road connects East End to Five Points, Glen-
wood Ave and some of Raleigh’s oldest and most desirable hous-
ing.
East End’s historical warehouse stock has begun converting to cre-
ative office and F&B uses consistent with the trend seen in similar
neighborhoods in other markets. Dock 1053 led this evolution with
its redevelopment in 2017 and is now home to a vibrant mixture of
commercial tenants such as Lynwood Brewing Concern, Hum-
mingbird, Loading Dock and Trigg Modern Furniture. With several
other projects planned, East End will continue to evolve into Ra-
leigh’s premier dining and entertainment neighborhood.
Reactivating a Former Railroad Warehouse
East End Market is an adaptive reuse project in Raleigh’s East End neighborhood – an
emerging F&B destination situated between the existing urban centers of Midtown and
Downtown.
The existing ~60k SF warehouse was historically used as a storage and transfer facility and is
now being reinvented as a modern mix of creative office and F&B concepts proximate to
some of Raleigh’s best demographics inside the beltline.
The project has strong access due to its location at the convergence of Wake Forest Rd,
Atlantic Ave and Capital Blvd – a very short distance from I-440, providing connectivity to
the entire region.
