New Year’s Eve at The Mandolay is different from anything that you’ll have experienced before.

Of course there will be all the hats, crackers, party favours, great food and cheesy music that you would expect but it is all put together with a certain Mandolay style.

And, what better way to get the party started than with a glass of chilled fizz on arrival...

Dinner is a sublime buffet selection of hearty favourites, substantial enough for any appetite, skilfully prepared by chef and his team and presented without fuss for you to enjoy.

Entertainment comes from our resident DJ, playing tunes to keep you on the dance floor well past the bells and into 2018, and for those wishing to make a night of it we have plenty of special room rates available.

Tickets cost just £39.95 per person including fizz on arrival, buffet style dinner, dancing until 3.00am and bags of New Year Cheer!

Booking FormA deposit of £10 per person is required to make a booking with the signed booking form.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before the event; final numbers and menu choices must be given at this stage.

The Hotel cannot take responsibility for chasing late payments and whilst every effort will be made to contact organisers it may be assumed that the booking has been cancelled.

Deposits are not refundable or transferable.

The Hotel reserves the right to change the programme or menu at any time without prior notice. All information was correct at time of going to print.

If you have an allergy please contact the sales team prior to booking.

Cancellations

For cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the event a full refund will be given less the £10.00 per person deposit paid. No refund will be given for cancellations within 4 weeks of the event.

Tables

It may be necessary for large parties to be seated on more than one table and for small groups of 2–5 to share a table. Each table can sit up to 10 guests.

Entertainment and Bar Closing Times

Monday–Saturday: Bar and Music to 1am

The Hotel reserves the right to alter these times at their discretion.

Smoking Policy

It is against the law to smoke in a public building.

How to get Here

By roadFrom M25 London Orbital:

Exit the motorway at junction 10 and follow A3 (S) for approximately 7 miles.

Leave the A3 at the A322 Guildford / Horsham / Bagshot / Aldershot exit.

At the end of the slip road turn left towards Guildford and immediately left onto Parkway.

Continue on Parkway and take the third exit at the roundabout onto London Road.

Continue along London Road for 1 mile, at the traffic lights continue straight, the Mandolay Hotel will be on your left-hand side.
