To share each presentation or document displayed in the session window, move from tab to tab.

To share multipage files, move ahead with the keyboard right arrow, or back with the left arrow.

To close a presentation or document, click on the small x at the top right of the tab for the file.

Locate your meeting in the Scheduled Session tab.

Click Start in the Status column.

To create a personalized portal click on Portals > Create Portals.

Follow up information in a personalized portal for each opportunity.

on the Sales Center home page click on Schedule a Meeting under Host a Meeting in the left nav.

Set session password.•Set Meeting Topic.C

Set date, time and duration for session(s.)

Specify Sales Team invitees with email addresses.

Input Sales Meeting agenda and description.

Preview emails to Prospects and Sales Team Invitees.

Review the setup information.

You can also create a custom portal for your opportunity. Click on Portals > Create Portal in the left nav and follow the step-by-step instructions.

In the Quick Start tab of the session window, click on Launch Sales Presentation.

If you chose a teleconference service option, follow the instructions in the Join Teleconference dialog box.

At any time, you may click on the Info tab in the session window if you need to view the meeting information.

Your Sales Meeting is now active.

use the Share Presentation or document window to browse for the file you wish to share. double-click on the filename you want to load it into the session. after a moment, the presentation or document will appear in a tab in the session window.

Set account and opportunity.BType in the Opportunity name (default is the opportunity name).

upload prospect logo, select sales team members, add documents, web links, etc.

Click Submit to create the portal.D

Click Portals > Manage Portals; click on the name of the portal you created to review it.

Insert email address(es) of the prospects to invite them to the portal.
