Restrictions

A 50% minimum of courses must belong to the main faculty

Minimum courses at UMA: 1 course (Erasmus+), 3 courses (Non Erasmus+)

Maximum of ECTS credits at UMA: 36 ECTS per semester, 66 ECTS per full year

(Only Erasmus+) Master courses can be selected only when master levelhas been included in the bilateral agreement signed with home university

Enrollment

1. Select your courses in the Pre-enrollment section

3. You will receive an email as soon as your Pre-enrolment has been signed. You must MAKE AN APPOINTMENT on EMI in order to enroll at the International Office

2. Click on “Grabar” in order to reserve your place for those courses. Click on “enviar a firma” forreceiving the Pre-enrolmentsigned.

We provide support on issues such as:

BUDDY PROGRAM

The program connects local students with international students in order to help them

at the beginning of their stay, and while they are adapting to life at the UMA.

How can your buddy help you?

Your buddy can help you settle in at our university and answer any questions you may

have regarding academic or administrative procedures, and about your stay in Malaga.

They can also give you information and help you with:

• Where to go and what to see for the first few weeks

• Public transport

• The process of registering and choosing subjects

• Accommodation options

• Facilities at the UMA (campuses, faculties, libraries, canteens, sport complexes,

etc.)

At the flamenco workshops a professional flamenco

dancer teaches the students the main steps and

movements to practice this traditional dance.

the most representative regional dishes.

- Don’t let stangers get close to you.

- Carry only small amount of cash.

- Don’t leave your mobile phone over the table in restaurants.

- Don’t leave your stuff out of sight (e.g. bags in pub / club…;

especially at the beach while you are swimming)

- Don’t keep expensive stuff in your backpack.

- Distrust people selling flowers on the street.

- Distrust people who beg in restaurants.

- Increase these preventive measures if you’re drunk; Thieves

will take advantage of your state to rob you.
