WHEELCHAIR USERSPITCH SIDE

We have accessible seats for wheelchair users located in the DHL and West stands, with the majority of these in the

West. Non-wheelchair users can discuss their seats with the Ticketing team. We would advise that these seats be in the DHL or West stand as these stands host most of our facilities. Please see the Stoop Accessible Map on Page 11 for locations.

WHEELCHAIR USERSLEVEL ONE

A limited number of seats are available for Members in the West Stand on the Jason Leonard balcony. These seats are currently all occupied for the 2018/19 season. To express your interest in joining the waiting list for this viewing area please contact us at [email protected].

AMBULANT SUPPORTERSIf you have specific seating needs that

require a particular stand, block or row, please contact our Ticketing team to discuss your requirements in more detail and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The DHL and West stands are front loading with seat access from ground level. Seats in the North and South stands are accessed from stairs behind the stands, entering from the 7th row in the North and the 11th row in the South.

STADIUM ACCESSThe Stoop has three access gates with turnstiles and you should select yours based on your needs, mode of transport and seat location using the accessible map on Page 11 of this guide.

If required, our stewards will open gates for you to enter through, rather than turnstiles. Gate 1 – The Jason Leonard

Gate and Gate 3 – The Bob Hiller Gate are the most popular arrival points, but when booking please ask our Ticketing team for the best option dependent on your needs and travel arrangements.

AMENITIESFOOD & DRINK

The Stoop has a large selection of gourmet food options as well as traditional rugby fare. While the majority of these outlets are in the South West Corner we also have a number of options behind the North Stand and in each of the internal bars. While the permanent food stores have lowered counters, some of the temporary food options have higher counters but are more than happy to assist with ordering.

We have a number of internal and

external bars around the stadium serving a wide selection of beers, wine and spirits.

HARLEQUINS OFFICIAL STORESThere are two Harlequins Official Matchday stores in the North West and South East corner of the grounds.

The Harlequins Official Stores are extremely busy on matchdays and can get crowded and may overwhelm some guests who are not comfortable in crowds. We advise coming into the shop in the hour after gates open to avoid the crowds, our stadium store is also open during the week from 10:00 to 16:00 and is considerably quieter during this time.

An induction loop is available at the Harlequins Official Store in the West Stand.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS

Both the DHL and West Stand have accessible toilet facilities at pitch level and there are an additional four located outside the inner bowl of the stadium. These are located close to entrances/exits and to our food and drink concessions and require a RADAR key to be opened.

If you require the use of an accessible toilet but do not own a RADAR key please inform a steward when you arrive so we can issue you one. We may require a non-monetary deposit for this which will be returned at the end of the match on receipt of the key, such as a driver’s licence, passport or credit/bank card.

PLANS FOR THE STOOPIn late 2017 Harlequins announced its intention to create a new neighbourhood on the current site of The Twickenham Stoop with the aim of positioning the Club at the centre of the local community, delivering a state-of-the-art stadium and ensuring the long-term financial stability of Harlequins.

An important aspect of any proposal for a new stadium and surrounding facilities will be ensuring that the site is fully accessible to supporters and facilities for disabled supporters are of the highest grade.

We will be carrying out a lengthy

consultation programme with our supporters and neighbours that will include community days, public exhibitions, meetings and online updates. You can find details of these when available over the coming months, and have your say, by visiting our website or emailing [email protected].
