Use the services of MRI/VDO/VAO in enquiry. Do not depend on the enquiry conducted by them. Responsibility lies with the competent authorities.
If the claim is from out side the traditional area of habitation of the community, refer to DTWO/Director, TCR&TI for guidance.
Incase of further doubtful nature in the claim (even after above efforts ) shall refer the case to DLSC

The District Collector shall initiate action on the person who obtained false certificate after its cancellation under sections 10, 11, 12 and on the competent authority who issued certificate under section 13.
