The Mission
• To create the Standards for the PLPA– Crematories, Funeral Homes, Cemeteries– To keep an open mind that we cannot dictate
business practices – but standards that will be a part of who a PLPA member is
– How will these Standards be monitored?– Is there a rating system for the different types of
PLPA members? “Rules of Engagement” for those that agree to be members? How to handle complaints against members?
