How can I as DG and the District help you accomplish these goals?


Some Key District Goals• Help clubs become better especially small ones• Expand the number of clubs by two to include a

new model club in Kansas City• Help clubs develop strategic and leadership

plans• Increase participation in Rotary Leadership

Institute to 60 graduates a year• Increase the # of clubs achieving EREY status• Increase attendance at the District Conference


Some Key District Goals (Con’t)• Increase the number of Youth Exchange

students on both long-term and short-term programs to at least six for 2016

• Initiate at least two Friendship Exchanges• Complete a successful VTT to Romania• Increase the number of District Grants by

25%• Visit every club by October 31

The purpose of a Club Leadership Plan is to strengthen Rotary at the club level by providing the administrative framework of an effective club.

• More well-trained leaders• Increased membership involvement• Strategic plan to guide the work of

the club
