Your arrival Ness Walk is a wonderful listed building that has been sensitively enhanced with 21st century architecture to create a stunning 47 bedroom hotel.

As you arrive at Ness Walk you will be greeted by a warm Highland welcome from our Concierge. Continue through to our sumptuous lounge. With high ceilings, long views across the lawn to the river and an open fire, high corniced ceilings and plump sofas, you will be served a glass of chilled champagne while you relax – your Ness Walk experience has begun. We will register you while you unwind in the lounge.

We have a fleet of luxury vehicles adorned with cashmere throws and refreshments so if you require transferred to local attractions please let us know and it will be our pleasure. We aim to delight!

Laurel and Cedar RoomsThe bedroom design is influenced by the seasonal landscape surrounding the Highlands with a flow of soft colours and textiles.

The bespoke carpet has been designed to reflect the eddies of the river Ness and the design symbolically calms around your bed! Each room is finished to the very highest level of detailing; impressive marble, crisp linens, luxurious leathers and warm velvets combine to create a sanctuary to relax and unwind.

Impressive detailing reaches new heights in our two suites. Both bright and flooded with light, we introduce to you the Rowan and Wellingtonia Suites.

At 90 sqm, the Wellingtonia Suite is undoubtedly the “best room in the Highlands.” Lavish furnishings and décor create a contemporary but elegant space, complete with a serene lounge and private dining. Filled with natural charm, it is an idyllic setting for both entertaining and relaxing. Named after our beautiful 200-year-old Wellingtonia tree, this suite is as impressive as its namesake.

The Rowan Suite is a two room, 54sqm sanctuary with windows looking over the tree line canopy. Your spacious lounge and dining area provides a “home from home”. And with little touches such as a Ness Walk cashmere throw, the little luxuries complete a memorable stay.

Located in the original 19th-century drawing room, there’s a strong sense of occasion with unspoiled views over the River Ness.The menu in Torrish is a winning mix of curiosity, discovery and adventure! At its core is the finest local produce to be found in the Highlands; we ensure your experience is rich in flavour, texture and innovation.

Our Executive Chef works with his own local forager and organic vegetable farm to grow his supply of vegetables and salads. He can also be seen regularly in our herb garden, clipping the freshest herbs used to enhance the dishes – it’s that local and fresh! The delectable menu is complimented by an impressive wine list of 154 bins… ...and growing.

Our Riverbank Room is simply breath-taking; the glass south facing wall, leading out into the courtyard and down to the riverside beyond allows natural light to illuminate your celebrations. Alternatively, when the evenings are short of light, let our elegant overhanging statement lighting provide an atmosphere of both intimacy and warmth. An idyllic setting to host private celebrations for up to 120 guests and, should the weather be kind, the courtyard is a lovely tranquil spot for pre or post dinner drinks.

And as with everything at Ness Walk, we have an experienced team who aim to delight. They will assist with the finest details in planning leaving you to anticipate and enjoy the celebrations.
