monitors.b. Pleasenotethatsomeanti-virussoftwarewillrequireyoushutoffallfirewallsifyou
wanttosharescreenwithwhatisonyouriPad.c. IfyouareusingaPCandaretryingtoshareyouriPad,youwillneedtodownloadtheir
specificdrivertoallowforApple’sAirCast.
6. Oncebothyouandyourtutorareintheroom,yourtutorwillbeginrecordingthesession.7. Duringyourmeeting,youmaychoosetopresstheannotatebutton,whichcausesanotherdock
toappear.Anyofthesefunctionsmaybeusedtowriteonthesharedscreen.
8. Oncethemeetingisover,pleasegoto“More”,then“EndMeeting”.
9. Astheprogramcloses,Zoomwillautomaticallypackagethemeetingintoamp4fileandsaveitonyourtutor’slocalharddrive.Yourtutorwillgiveyouacopyofthesessionwithin24hours.
10. Afteryou’vehadyourfirstmeeting,Zoomwillbeavailableasadesktopprogram,whichallows
youtojoinorschedulefuturemeetingsthroughtheapp.
