Welcome to Lewisburg,
As Director of Economic Development for the City of Lewisburg, I would like to welcome you and your company or client to Lewisburg, TN.
Lewisburg has a 100-year reputation as a manufacturing hub with 56 manufacturing operations in Lewisburg and Marshall County. In the past ten (10) years, we
have worked with over twenty (20) existing industry expansions and twelve (12) relocations or start-ups totaling over $250M in capital investments. The most recent projects
are the first North American facility for Meiwa Industry Co. Ltd. of Japan that chose to locate in one of our two industrial parks in 2013, Multimatic of Canada/Indiana that
leased an existing building in the Lewisburg Industrial Park in 2015 and Minth Group LTD of China that purchased an existing building in the Lewisburg Industrial Park in
2017.
Located on I-65, Lewisburg provides one-hour proximity to Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL. Lewisburg sits in a nine (9) county workforce area of 450,000 out of a
total population of 1,200,000 providing a multi-skilled employment region with an average commute time of 28 minutes.

Requirements (along with application and fee)➔ Minimum Capital Investment in Real Property of $500,000 AND/OR➔ Minimum Capital Investment in Personal Property of $150,000➔ PILOT, Project and Tax Agreements (and Bill of Sale when applicable) documents to be drafted by
