Tentative Schedule:

Dressage: 8 AM (Prelim - Intro). All levels - USEF Test B. Ride times will be emailed. Dressage Test of Choice is also avail. Jumping: 1 PM (Intro- Prelim). Additional Jump rounds will be available to add on show day/cash only. Cross Country : No water hazard. Ditch and bank will be optional. Trainers will be allowed in arena and leading is permitted.

Open/Close Dates: Opens Sept. 13th - Closes Oct. 10th, 2019 Enter Online: Enter online at kismetfarms.net Fees: CDFA - $5 Fee/horse. Bring cash for added rounds & lunch! Stabling: Limited Stabling available. Overnight $40, Day $25 Schooling: Cross Country will be available after the one day cross country portion of the event ends. $35/horse. Horses: No need to braid! Round pen use available for lunging. Attire: MUST wear ASTM/SEI approved helmets while mounted. Proper footwear is required and schooling show attire is suggested. Cross country safety gear required on cross country course. Scratches: No refunds given. No refunds or credit given after close date. No excuses accepted. All Classes: Dangerous riding or horses will be eliminated per the judge’s discretion. No refunds given. Food: Please Join us for lunch! Lunch will be available for sale on grounds. DIRECTIONS TO KISMET FARMS:

All trailers from 680/24 take Orinda exit to Bear Creek Road. Take the Orinda exit, head north toward Orinda Village. Turn right onto Bear Creek Road and continue onto Pereira Road after the stop sign. All trailers from 80/4 - take Pinole Road exit and head Southeast. Pereira Road will be on your left after open space and before the winery. 1050 Pereira Road is the first left turn through automatic gates. Please drive slow and wait for parking attendant!

Equine Activity Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

1. I, __________________________, the undersigned have read and understand, and freely and voluntarily enter into this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement with Kismet Farms, understanding that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement is a waiver of any and all liability(ies).

2. I understand the potential dangers that I could incur in mounting, riding, walking, boarding, feeding said horse; including, but not limited to, any interactions with other horses. Understanding those risks I hereby release that Company, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and anyone else directly or indirectly connected with that Company from any liability whatsoever in the event of injury or damage of any nature (or perhaps even death) to me or anyone else caused by or incidental to my electing to mount and ride a horse owned or operated by myself or Kismet Farms.

3. I understand and recognize and warrant that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, is being voluntarily and intentionally signed and agreed to, and that in signing this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement I know and understand that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement may further limit the liability of equine professionals to include any activity, whatsoever, involving an equine, including death, personal injury and/or damage to property.

4. I recognize and agree that I know which equine professional(s) I will be working with, and acknowledge that I agree said equine professional(s) has/have made reasonable and prudent efforts to determine my ability to engage in the equine activity, and has/have sufficient knowledge of my equine and horseback riding skills as to relieve, release and hold harmless said equine professional(s) from any continuing duty to monitor my equine activities.

5. I further voluntarily agree and warrant to Release and Hold Harmless this (these) equine professional(s) from any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any incident caused by or related to said equine professional’s (s’) negligence, relating to injuries known, unknown, or otherwise not herein disclosed; including, but not limited to, injuries, death or property damage from: mounting; riding; dismounting; walking; grooming; feeding; use of horse barn, paddock, trails or horse ring, in any capacity; falling off horse whether horse is bucking, flipping, spooked; or my failure to understand any equine professional’s directions relating to my riding or otherwise use and control, or lack thereof, of my horse or the horse I have been assigned to.
