1. New last and pattern refinements To continue to improve the sleekness of our design, we’ve made some minor last and pattern adjustments to improve proportions for an overall sleeker look.

2. New outsole As a consequence of our new branding, we took the opportunity to re-examine our outsole designs for durability and anti-slip. The newly branded outsole is a full piece of durable rubber protecting a shock absorbant EVA midsole for better durability and anti-slip while maintaining the cushioning support of EVA.

3. No eyelets We’ve removed the eyelets on the Derby.

You’re welcome to pick your own size curve, if you order 20+ pairs per style and colour.

Payment TermsPre payment is required for the first order before shipping unless agreed prior.

If a credit application has been completed and approved then it is generally just the first order that requires pre payment.

On receipt and approval of your credit application, payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

We accept both Visa and Mastercard over the phone payments with no surcharge.

Payments made within 7 days enjoy a 3.5% discount. No discount applies to customers on COD.

Statements are sent out monthly. These will be emailed to the email address as noted on your credit application. Please send credit applications to tanya@rollienation.com

ReturnsQuality is extremely important us so please call us or email Tanya tanya@rollienation.com if you have any concerns.

We will issue an RA (Return Authority) number. Please note we will not accept any returns without an issued RA.

Cancelled OrdersIn the event of an order cancellation Rollie may, at it’s sole discretion, charge a cancellation fee of up to the 40% of the order value.

Freight RatesA contribution towards freight charges of $20 for any orders under $500.
