I have worked at other recruitment businesses and this is by far the best. They have the balance between having fun and working hard, as well as rewarding their staff with a great commission scheme and regular incentives / high performer trips.

Our reward scheme is simple and transparent, designed to attract and retain the best talent in the industry. We have complete visibility for fee-earners over their earning potential (see commission table) and our top-up platinum scheme ensures fairness across the business.

We bring the whole company together twice a year to say thank you - at the Christmas Party and our Summer Conference. We recognise our high achievers with quarterly trips overseas to luxury destinations such as Iceland, Menorca, Ibiza and Courchevel.
