1. Find an index card on your table

2. Fold an index card in half hot dog style (long ways) so it will stand up on its own

3. Write your name

4. Decorate with 3 – 5 things that represent you (hobby, interest, activity, etc)

5. Use markers and be creative

6. When you are finished, begin completing your student information sheet

• If you are absent, you are responsible for getting your missed work from the bin or communicating with me to determine what you missed.

• You will have 2 days upon your return to complete your work. This includes missed tests!

• If you are out for an extended period of time, I will work with you on an individual basis to get your work made up
