B###### Blanket departmental Physical Plant shop services

* Car Fleet has an additional 3 digit pin number added to the end of the cost center The pin number is emailed shortly after the cost center is created..

It is also viewable as an element of the cost center. You need both numbers to make a reservation.

SD###### Safety Department

Discontinuing Cost Centers

• Discontinuing will prevent future work orders being created in Physical Plant. It will not effect other systems.

• Discontinuing does not prevent charges if there is an open order.

• If there are ongoing Physical Plant work orders, discontinuing is not an option. Contact FP&M Business office staff to explore options.
