Club Leadership PlanThe purpose of the Club Leadership Plan is to strengthen Rotary at the club level by providing the administrative framework of an effective club.



Avenues of Service



Session 1:Public Speaking

• Understand basic public speaking skills.

• Identify ways to improve public speaking skills through practice.



Preparation Tips

• Know your subject well.• Identify main points.• Make notes as needed. • Prepare visuals, as appropriate.• Practice what you will say.

• Stay within your allotted time.

• Avoid reading from your notes.

• Maintain eye contact and good posture.

Benefits of the Future Vision Plan



Two Grant Types

• District Grants are block grants made to districts to support smaller projects locally and internationally.

• Global Grants support larger projects with sustainable, high-impact outcomes in one of the six areas of focus.
