We will email you 3 weeks before
start of block with us with a list of

As of November 2017 you will no
longer need to see Occ Health on
arrival.
HOW DO I GET TO/FROM DUMFRIES
Best way = hitch a ride with someone who has a car
(TIP: an offer to buy them lunch always works!)
Takes around 2hr each way

• Afternoon tea at Friars Carse near Thornhill or

sky, fun walks
• The Stove - café in town which also runs lots of
lefty/liberal/arty events
• Samye Ling monastery - Eskdalemuir
• Caerlaverlock Castle - interesting history, great
food, easy cycle along beautiful coastline.
