On Saturday, August 29 the United Methodist Men will help
the United Methodist Women prepare and serve lunch to
about 85 people attending a Choral Workshop here at Bunker
Hill. Our next official meeting will be on Sunday, September
13 at 7:30 a.m. We wish all UMM and our fellow BHUMC members a safe and

Bring a bag lunch, a drink and $3 for gas money!
All Youth and Club 345 kids and their families are
welcome to join us!
We are getting PUMPED for our annual trip to the
Blalock's Mountain house. We will have the
opportunity to tube, canoe, swim and fish all on the New River. After a long day
on the river we will meet back up and enjoy dinner together followed by some
fun games and s'mores!

EXCITING NEWS!!! Handbells and choir resume rehearsals this Wednesday,
August 12. If you are considering joining the music department here at Bunker
Hill....now is the time!! We are learning new music and preparing for worship
services, workshops and the advent season. Become a part of this wonderful
ministry at Bunker Hill!
FREE TABLES!! The handbell choir purchased new bell tables several months
ago. The old tables need a new home! We will not be using the old tables again
and would like to offer them to anyone in the church who might have a use for
them. Please contact Carol Earnhardt if you are interested in taking one or two

Jane Ellis; Skip Boyles; Alan Idol. If you are interested in possibly working in a
certain capacity or no longer interested in serving in a current position, please let

Accepted items are smart phones and cell phone. Collections will continue

Our Wednesday Night programs begin on September 16 and run
through November 18. The program includes dinner, handbell and
choir practice, and Bible studies for children, youth and adults.
