• Each team member is asked to raise $100 in order to get a Relay t-shirt.

• The exception to this is youth, under the age of 18, on family teams.

• This can be an average of $100 per team member on the team, but each person must have $100 assigned to them.

• T-Shirt Deadline: May 1

• We will order extra shirts.

• If we don’t have your size for Relay, you’ll receive it within 3 weeks of Relay.

• Money turned in at Relay will be added to your fundraising total.

Offline Donations: What You Need to Know #1!

• A team member MUST be registered online to have offline donations uploaded to their page.

• Money should be turned in at every Team Captain meeting – please don’t hold onto it! •After they are turned in, offline donations will appear within one week after the team captain meeting.

Offline Donations: What You Need to Know #2!

• Deposit Slips should be used, whenever possible, to turn in monthly donations to ensure the data is correct for offline donations.

• The data will be taken from the deposit slips. What is written on the slips is what will be uploaded.

• Offline Donations are not instant…. Please help us get the message out that offline donations will appear within one week after they are turned in.
