Congratulations on earning your place at the upcoming, exclusive Sapphire Leaders Retreat for 2019 in Vanuatu. As one of our top leaders in the Australia/New Zealand/Fiji region, I am looking forward to giving you this chance to relax, recharge and re-energize yourself for the year ahead!

We will enjoy the weekend at the Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu, overlooking the calm waters of Erakor Lagoon, where experiences are created and memories are made. The beautifully untouched nation of Vanuatu stretches across 1,300 km of the South Pacific Ocean and, decorated by the volcanic mountain ranges so common in the region, offers plenty of natural wonders to explore. Our weekend will include opportunities to enjoy the beauty of Vanuatu, from hiking through a rainforest to swimming under a waterfall, practising your swing at the 9-hole golf course, challenging your mates to a game of beach volleyball, climbing aboard a catamaran for a sailing adventure or snorkelling through the untouched reefs.

It’s not all about the adrenaline and adventure at Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu – this piece of paradise is also a haven for self-indulgence. Relax and unwind at the on-site day spa with a rejuvenating massage, relax on the sun loungers by the pool while sipping a cocktail from the pool bar, grab a bite from one of the on-site restaurants or enjoy a fun, themed evening meal on the beach!

We will be hosted this year by the Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu. We look forward to welcoming you here for this unforgettable weekend.

Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu accommodations feature intricate sand-drawing murals and neutral tones, and the 28-square-metre rooms reflect Melanesian design and architecture at its best. Each twin or king room has two comfortable beds, with a choice of firm or soft pillows and a host of modern amenities. An additional private Juliet balcony or patio allows you to step outside and take in the beautiful natural surroundings of your tropical home away from home.

LocationHoliday Inn Resort Vanuatu is located just 15 minutes from the International Airport - Tassiriki Park, Port Vila, Vanuatu. A taxi fare will cost approximately VUV 2000 one way (approx. AU$25), or standard transfers can be arranged locally. Private chartered coaches are also available for groups. With a private taxi rank at the door, guests of Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu can easily get transport at any time of the day or night. Taxi fare from the resort to the town centre is VUV 500 (approx. AU$7), though drivers are permitted to increase fares after hours.

Check-in/Check-out Hotel check-in time is 2 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m. The Holiday Inn concierge can arrange storage of luggage for guests at any time. Our event registration begins at 4 p.m. Friday.

Room Extensions Any extension of the original accommodation block is subject to availability and is governed by the hotel. Any extra nights must be booked directly with the hotel.

TAXES, CHARGES & OTHER FEES The Vanuatu government imposes a Value Added Tax of 15% on all transactions. Resort

accommodation, banquet and conference are quoted including VAT.

All room rates are subject to all prevailing taxes (including but not limited to VAT), charges or other fees imposed by the relevant government authority. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any change in or introduction of such taxes, charges or other fees implemented at any time during the term of this agreement, the hotel reserves the right to unilaterally apply such changed or new taxes, charges or other fees in accordance with applicable law, rules and regulations.

VISAA Vanuatu tourist visa is not required for citizens of China, Australia, Fiji and New Zealand for a stay of up to 30 days.

Must DoThe Ekasup Cultural Village Tour is definitely worth doing. You will get to spend some time in the village and learn about the lifestyle and previous cultures in the village. The Cascade Waterfalls at Mele is one of the most popular tours in Efate and is not to be missed.

Must SeeHideaway Island is a short 5-minute taxi ride from the centre of Port Vila. This island also has the world’s only underwater post office, where you can mail a special postcard. You will have to dive underwater just a little way to post your card.

Totel Club (Kids Club)Complimentary child minding service is available to all house guests in the Totel Club, for children 3–12 years of age. Totel Club operates from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. daily. Children will be entertained and have the opportunity to learn about local customs and traditions. For children under the age of 3 years, babysitters can be booked through Reception or at the Totel Club.

is open for breakfast from 6:30-10:30 a.m. and dinner from 6 p.m.

• Lobby Bar is open from 8 a.m. and offers a snackmenu throughout the day. The bar is open until 11p.m., with live entertainment every evening.

The Palms Casino Holiday Inn Resort also has Vanuatu’s best international casino, offering 50 slot machines

and eight gaming tables (blackjack, baccarat and roulette). The Palms Casino is open late every night. Guests can enjoy a drink and order from a snack menu whilst trying their luck at the slot machines. The casino is open every day from 12 p.m. to 3 a.m.

1. Eligible Sapphire Executives and above must be registered in the Australia/New Zealand or Fiji markets,and must have qualified as a new Sapphire Executive from 1 March 2018 to 31 May 2019, or must be aSapphire Executive with 80 Travel Points or above between 1 March 2019 and 31 May 2019 to receiveinvitation to attend.

2. Invitations are either for one person, which is a single ticket only and we will allocate a shared roomwith another Jeunesse Distributor, or for two people, twin share, for which you may bring a partner ofyour choice or elect to have a private room.

3. Accommodation is for three (3) nights, with arrival being Friday, 26 July 2019, and departing Monday,29 July 2019.

4. Distributors earning less than 130 Travel Points or 160 cycles in the incentive must room-share andwill not be eligible to bring a guest. You will be assigned to a shared room with another Distributor or,upon registering, you may request to share with another qualified Distributor who will attend.

5. Distributors earning between 130-189 Travel Points or 160-259 cycles have the option to buy out theroom and bring a guest for the supplemental cost of AU$550.

6. All distributors earning 190+ Travel Points or 260+ cycles or more will have full event costs paid fortwo people, which is for you and a guest of your choice or you can elect to have a private room.

7. All new Sapphire Executives advancing between 1 March 2018 to 31 May 2019 automatically qualifyto attend on a room share basis without the need for Travel Points. New Sapphires earning between80-129 Travel Points or 60-159 cycles can bring a guest for the supplementary cost of AU$550. NewSapphires earning between 130-189 Travel Points or 160-259 cycles can bring a guest for free and sharea room.

8. Return flights and transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the Distributor.

9. Members must be active and in good standing with the company to participate.

10. Trip earners who RSVP and cancel between their RSVP date and 31 days before the retreat’s startdate, please note: Funds Jeunesse has committed to pay for your reservations that are not cancelled orrecovered will be deducted from your Wallet in Joffice, either in one lump sum or via installments. Fortrip earners who cancel within 15 days of the trip start date, the full cost of the trip, including ground

transportation, accommodations, meals, amenities, gifts, prizes and activities will be deducted from your Wallet in Joffice, either in one lump sum or via installments. Should your Distributorship be deactivated at any point in this process, we will bill you for the full amount.

11. This event is strictly nontransferable and/or nonrefundable. Any Distributor who has not qualifiedfor this retreat and attempts to attend in place of a qualified Distributor who is not attending will notbe allowed to take part in activities related to this event, and will be asked to find and pay for alternateaccommodation directly with the property.

12. If you bring extra guests without informing event organisers, you will be charged additional costsupon arrival, including but not limited to the cost of any ground transportation, accommodations, meals,amenities, gifts, prizes and activities. Guests who are previously unregistered will only be accommodatedbased on hotel availability. Should there be no availability at the hotel, you will be responsible for findingalternate accommodations.

13. Children are not permitted to attend the dinners arranged by Jeunesse or the conference. Totel Club(kids club) and babysitting is available at the resort. Please contact the resort for more details.

14. Should you request to bring along additional guests beyond what you have qualified for, we mustfirst be assured that all of our qualified Jeunesse Distributors have rooms, before we can look ataccommodating your request. Therefore, we will not be able to inform you as to whether the resort willhave availability until 10 June 2019. At this point, should we be able to accommodate your request, we willcontact you and let you know of any extra costs. Do not make any travel arrangements for your guestsuntil you have received word from Louise Corran. These charges will need to be paid up front, uponconfirmation by credit card or bank transfer to Jeunesse. If the monies are not paid within three (3) days,then your booking request will be cancelled.
